At best, dry skin can be an unsightly annoyance, and at worst, it can be painful, making it hard even to move, let alone sleep or carry out any normal, everyday tasks. Dry skin comes about for all kinds of reasons such as allergies and stress – it can even be hereditary – and for those who suffer, it can feel like a nightmare.
The good news is that there are several ways to deal with it that, even if the problem isn’t completely cured, will minimise the symptoms enough to make a big difference. Read on to find out more.

In a move that’s sent the fashion industry into overdrive across the globe, LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton, together with Rihanna, have announced that they’ll be closing this chapter (aka, their doors) on their luxury fashion brand, FENTY.
Which I assume has come as a bit of a shock for most. Especially given Rihanna’s star power and LVMH’s reputation for mastering major luxury brands.
“Inspired by a worldwide community beyond traditional boundaries, FENTY embraces a fundamental freedom: a freedom from convention and rules. Women are forces of this earth. We are multifaceted, complex ..read more

Swarovski has announced today that they’ve engaged Giovanna Battaglia Engelbert as their first ever Global Creative Director.
The appointment is a part of the iconic brand’s new business model, along with its reinvigorated vision and growth strategy. Which I’m sure is something most fashion houses should be doing right now. Considering retail’s recent global hit doesn’t appear to be recovering.
Giovanna’s remarkable track record in the industry, and her compelling point of view, will see her explore new frontiers.
Robert Buchbauer, Swarovski’s CEO said, “Our 125 year history is witnes ..read more

Makeup and beauty fans rejoice because you read that right; Sephora’s first Perth store is set to open!
As part of a major redevelopment, the beauty store will officially open its pearly doors in Western Australia later this year at Karrinyup Shopping Centre.
Joining the ranks of internationally recognised fashion brands such as Zara, H&M and Swarovski, it was only a matter of time considering the success of their recent pop-up store at David Jones in Claremont last Christmas.
Perth’s first Sephora store is coming in 2021!
And although we’re not entirely sure which iconic beaut ..read more

Louis Vuitton has revealed its Autumn-Winter 2020 campaign and I’m absolutely in love with the creative direction and diversity!
Directed and photographed by Nicolas Ghesquière, Artistic Director of Women’s Collections, this campaign is much like his recent 2021 cruise collection! In that it’s exquisitely personal, unique and vividly pleasing on all fronts.
To lens this campaign, Nicolas invited Louis Vuitton’s friends and family to his photography studio on the Quai Voltaire in Paris.
Among them were 20 close friends whose personalities inspire him and that he wished to represent in their ..read more

Current Louis Vuitton Women’s Collections Creative Director, Nicolas Ghesquière, has unveiled the latest LV Cruise 2021 collection.
Typically showcased at vivid and lavish locations with spectacular performances, a bustling backstage of on-trend models, and a star-studded front row of celebrities, IT-influencers and devout clientele, this year we were taken on a much more intimate journey as the collection was showcased at the designer’s private studio located within Louis Vuitton’s headquarters in Pont-Neuf, Paris.
An ode to current times, the ‘Game On’ collection was inspired by a stationa ..read more
