Leicester scout Sean St. Ledger is currently on a mission in Brazil. He is looking for some sort of hidden talent, and might be looking were no one else are.
To find talent in Brazil that are not noticed by other top European clubs is a difficult task, but it is a huge country with a fantastic amount of footballers, so a number of them goes under the radar.
Looking at that Brazilian market you might have to look for, the not so obvious, when trying to find what is needed to fit into a pattern of your dimentions. The price and a contract level mut also suit both parties ..read more

The game yesterday was another with loads of possession and domination. We all know where you need to be for your final in football, in front of the opponents goal and of course defending yourself properly in your own half, if not possession in itself makes no result.
Championship opponents are all reading the game and are far from fools, so without little or no flexibility and few ideas of how to play and turn around a result, you are stuck in Enzoball mud.
The game was there for the taking, but to see Abdul Fatawu and Stephy Mavididi both being played on their wrong f ..read more

The massive backlash vs. Millwall makes this away fixture at Home Park one that becomes a must win, being given a major gift in the previous round with both Ipswich and Leeds not winning. This looks a struggle for Leicester as they do have a lot on stake and the game at The Den never gave anyone high spirit. Callum Wright will be looking for a chance to impress against his former club.
We believe Patson Daka and Abdul Fatawu both will be back in the line-up, out with Jamie Vardy and Yunus Akgun, possible also to see a start for James Justin, coming in for Callum Doyle ..read more

The reasoning for comparishing Faniel Tewelde with Jude Bellingham is the maturity of the player and his presence at the age of 17. The way he is making an impact at his Norwegian top tier club Odd, makes him stand out as one special. He is playing wide left up front in a well founded 4-3-3 set up.
He is a Norwegian u.18 international, so surely one to have been noticed. If his progress continues, soon he will be a prospect for clubs abroad, possibly in Holland, Belgium or Denmark, who are often nations using Norway as a base for recruitment. Tewelde could also track in ..read more

Leicester manager Enzo Maresca made a point before the Millwall game about rotation, but still did not make a single change in his back four line, and again left Conor Coady out. The use of the England international is one odd situation as we would have thought him and Harry Souttar being part of a rotation this season.
During a 46 game season, you need to keep more bodies fresh, and we do not really understand anything of it, only the factor must be that the player himself is looking for a way out, as we will be surprised to see Coady around for much longer.
Coady, at ..read more

This was the third test against Millwall this season, and a possible banana skin to stumble on. Enzo Maresca had done a couple of changes, giving starts to Yunus and Jamie Vardy, placing Patson Daka and Abdul Fatawu on the bench as he said he would like a bit of rotation. He also had Ndidi and Dewsbury-Hall switched positions in midfield. All Enzo Maresca moves today, his game planning, his use of new players and his change of positioning of players, became a total disaster.
Jamie Vardy and Yunus were hardly in the game, and the two looked misplaced. Enzo Maresca could ..read more

Late last month the news broke regarding Ritchie De Laet. He will leave Royal Antwerpen at the end of the season, so what will be next for a player with a remarkable journey in football, winning a number of major trophies, including the Premier League title with Leicester in 2015/16.
He was last picking up a league winners medal in Belgium, being influential in the Royal Antwerpen team that won the title in 2022/23. They also won the Belgian cup last season, so a double act there for the former Leicester defender.
He played in the start of the 2015/16 season, when Leice ..read more

The Athletic reporter Rob Tanner pointed out the importance of Jannik Vestergaard and his push forward, that opened the Birmingham brick wall in the 87th minute, that in the end resulted in a Stephy Mavididi header goal. This is of course one crucial point to look at as it in real shows how the salt and pepper in a perfect balance should be added to the Enzoball project.
This run forward in the middle of the field, breakes the rules of the pattern and also makes it fluid in a totally different manner, as it gives the special individual touch that makes it all bubbling ..read more

Jordan James is a player that for a long time has been described as a possible Leicester addition, but also attract interest from other parties both home and abroad. Serie A club Atalanta knows how to develope players and to see them in this list of chasers is no surprise.
Birmingham is at the moment in a bit of a struggle, but still do have several players in their group that in a good and more settled environment would hopefully shine at a very different tier, being impressed also with Ethan Laird and earlier described our admiration for Dion Sanderson.
