Strength training demands loads of effort from neuro-muscular systems and can’t be sustained for long, think 1 – 3 repetition max with a good form and technique. It can be any exercise trained in this modality, but it is not very practical to rely on for training every body part. If Strength is your main goal then expect doing some compound movements for low reps and long rest times. But even Strength training will benefit from other two modalities, because high intensity training like 1RepMAX (1RM) c ..read more

There are things that work and things that don’t in every field. And proffessional from any field must always thrive for the best set of knowledge and experience. Constantly learning and growing. And if at any point a proffessional settles and assumes that he or she knows enough, they are cheating them selves and their clients. Unfortunately there are always enaugh people, who have no idea about nieche specific standarts especially if they are up to date and so on, and that allows for a lot of mediocre proffessionals to give a crapy service without you knowing it. Is your personal trainer any ..read more

Everyones life is a tragedy – we are all going to die, inevitably want it or not. Even the universe as it is known is going to lose its energy, expand in the oblivion and every single star, sooner or later, will dim down and fade away in an invisible lumps of matter. And this reaction stems from our instinctual expectations and needs wich is in constant threat not to ..read more
