1 cup Coriander seed
½ cup Thoor Dhal
1 cup Red Chili, Dry
½ tbsp Black Pepper
½ tbsp Fenugreek seed
½ tbsp Mustard seed
¼ cup Curry leaves, Fresh
1 tsp Turmeric powder
¼ tsp Asafoetida
Instructions
Dry roast all ingredients except turmeric powder and asafoetida for about 3min
Allow it to cool
Grind it into a fine powder
Add turmeric and asafoetida
Mix them thoroughly
Store it in an air-tight container
