These lemon cookies are a crowd pleaser, and a favorite amongst our farm family. Trish makes these for us often and we know we better grab one before they’re gobbled up by the kids.
With summer fast approaching, this is a recipe you’ll want to hold on to. It’s the perfect cookie for a hot afternoon.
Lemon White Chocolate Chip Cookies
2 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
