Try this super tasty Vegan Orange Chocolate Mousse from the vegan recipe pack within the popular HealthBuddyAcademy!
WHAT YOU NEED:
• 225g sweet potato, peeled
and cooked
• 125g smooth peanut butter
• 50g natural cocoa powder
• 6 tbsp. maple syrup
• 1 tsp. orange zest
• 120ml chickpea brine
• 1⁄2 tsp. lemon juice
WHAT TO DO:
Place cooked sweet potato and peanut butter in a food
processor. Process until smooth and, then add cocoa

A couple of nights ago whilst setting up for Bootcamp I noticed this Monster Energy drink can that somebody had kindly dumped by the fence.

On Monday afternoon I began to feel ill.
I thought nothing much about it at the time, expecting it to pass within an hour or so.
Because it was only the weekend when I thought to myself how healthy I was feeling at the moment, so this is just a little blip. A little bumpy patch of road on my journey through my day.
