I can say that settling in my own energy has by far been keeping me at an all time high. It’s like I can’t stay stressed for too long, or be overwhelmed. All my life I have always been an over thinker. I also even jumped into the negative side as well at some point in my life. I didn’t really have faith or believe in myself like I should’ve.
