Is mechatronics good if I'm into mostly electrical engineering with a little in mechanical and cs? Also which universities can I transfer to after 2 years at community college for mechatronics?

Hi am 18m and about to go to college but i have several questions, it would be better if we discuss it in live chat but am going to list a summary of my questions : Is the demand of the mechatronics engineeres increasing or decreasing? What are the typical jobs for mechatronics engineers? (I believe its manufacturing but am not certian) How important the degree is? Im about to go to a college in turkey and am not sure if i go with it or pursue a college in germany instead, even though the one in turkey is fine ( i think it was the top 941 on the world or something) so its still a valid colleg ..read more

I’ve been working at my current company for about 4 years as a technician. As i started working here I’ve started a parrtime bachelor study in Mechatronics paid for by my employer for which i will graduate next year. My dilemma now is that I’ve been inquiring to join the engineering team for quite some time but it was always dismissed by the company since we are short staffed in my current position. Hey everyone, I just graduated college as a mechatronics major and am thinking about the future. I really need advice on how to move forward because I don’t know if I’m ready for everything ahead. Also I wanted to know if anyone in this thread has ever heard of Haering fuel injector factory based out of Germany. That is the company I’m trying to work for and want to speak with someone who has been through the program. Thanks everyone! submitted by /u/electricianmechatron [visit reddit] [comments ..read more
