I’m starting to think that maybe the people making a profession out of fighting can-nabis legalization aren’t the best people. In a recent development on the legality of cannabis concentrates, a federal court in Montana ruled that hash oil and extracts were NOT legal under the state’s since-amended 2015 medical cannabis law. The decision has those in Montana and other states with similar laws unsure of how to proceed. From the kitchen of Holden Jagger Hot Chocolate Ingredients: 2 cups whole milk 5 oz chopped 60% bittersweet chocolate, roughly chopped 1 Tablespoon dark brown sugar 1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract Kiva Mint Milk Chocolate Directions: Chop the chocolate quickly and roughly, careful not to create too much fine powder.
