The South Fork American River has something for everyone. All-Outdoors runs trips on three separate sections on the South Fork. Each section offers its own unique experience: the Upper “Chili Bar”, the Lower “Gorge”, and the Tom Sawyer Float trip on the Easy Section through the Coloma-Lotus Valley. How does lunch work? We are so glad you asked. In the past we have put out our infamous lunch spread where guests come through and create a sandwich; chips, fruit and cookies are also available. 2020 is special—as we all know. We are individually packing your lunch with lots of love (thanks Food Gals!). When you arrive for your trip your guide will have it packed away in your raft. A few hours into the adventure you will pull over to the side of the river and tie up the boat. From here your private group can stay by the river with your toes in the water, or find some cool shade under a tree ..read more

We have some good news on that front, though. We have been given the green light to start running trips! The following are season updates on what our trips will look like this year and what we will expect out of our ..read more
