When the pandemic hit we knew we were going to be in for some difficult times as an island that relies on tourism for excursions, accommodation and restaurants. Recently, Chef Britta Bush celebrated 9 years of her vegan company Saucha Conscious Living. What started as a passion project of brewing kombucha at home has transformed into a full fledged business. At her event, Chef Britta informed guests that the concept behind Saucha is “plant-based conscious foods with a focus on peace, love and fermentation”.
