I hear a lot of people talk about ASQ. Is it worth it for greenbelt? Any better alternatives you would suggest. I’m also an accountant and do audits on some manufacturing plants so not in the plant everyday.

I am trying to become certified all the way to MBB. The thing is that I would definitely have to do this online. So the question that I have for you all is which website would be the best or most recognized place for me to get started? And if possible, could you guys provide me with a direct link because all of the stuff I’m finding online doesn’t seem legitimate. And some seem as if it’s just a piece of paper.

Hi all, I'm working on my first ever six sigma project. My objective is to reduce the amount of GDP (good documentation practices) errors a third party contracting cleaning company makes in our clinical manufacturing cleaning logbooks.
I've been doing research and want to use DPMO as a metric to define the issue I'm trying to solve. However, I'm not sure what qualifies a defect opportunity.
I have two ideas, but not sure which would be more appropriate:

Hi all Im working with a Facility Management (FM) space management approach to qualfing and optimizeing space utilization in a university context. How is auditoriums, Group rooms, meeting rooms etc assigned to courses, and how can the relation between space assignment and actual occupancy best be optimized. Can anyone recommend a Six sigma approach that deals specifically with space optimization? Literature, templates, cases or anything of that nature would be highly appreciated.
