Is Costco in the UK?  Yes!  In fact, there are 29 stores as of August 2023 and there are plans to open 14 more. Here’s the Costco UK breakdown by country England: 25 (Several Costco warehouses are within London and Hertfordshire proper, along with Birmingham, Manchester, and Liverpool.)
