A yoga block is being used under the non-moving arm to decrease the distance between the hand and floor, and is assisting in proper alignment for the exercise. If you already have & use the STS 2 bars, have you used just one bar individually to do pull-ups &/or chinups and if so, does it work ok and is one bar sturdy enough to do this? ETA: What I am asking about is not having the two bars hooked together with the stabilizer connector…TIA ..read more
