I love signs!  My newest one says, “Love each moment” Moments are short, quick little bits of time. These are the moments I’ve been catching and loving: Delicious hot tea sipped from a china mug.  Watching the chickadees at the feeder. Snuggling on the couch while watching TV. Looking at my clean kitchen and appreciating my work. Reading my Bible and realizing that it is relevant to my problems and my life. Apple Nachos-littlestepstohealth.comIngredients 1 medium apple nut butter maple syrup Topping suggestions-sunflower seeds, chopped nuts, coconut Method Cut the apple into slices and place in a circle on a medium sized plate.  Let’s be real this Christmas. 2020 has been a crazy year and 2021 was also a challenge. It’s so easy to get caught up trying to have the perfect Christmas celebrations.
