Lynyrd Skynyrd and street snowboarding, something we never thought we would see… from a Southern California crew nonetheless. And the Baker Street Snow crew knocks it out of the park. Looks like they had a good of time this past winter off the resort around Big Bear as most have on. From the shop in Costa Mesa, CA, enjoy the Baker Street Snowboard Film above ..read more

Surfing, taxes and the secret to a good turn. Pardon the out-of-date intro convo in the beginning. We are still learning. If we want to talk topical, we will cut new intros next time talking about things that didn’t happen three weeks ago. A cleaner version is on Spotify or wherever else you get your podcasts, but we didn’t want to reupload on Youtube so here it is! Hope that doesn’t deter you from listening to an excellent conversation with one of the most stylish (current and ever) snowboarders in the world, Blake Paul. Zooming in from his spot in Salt Lake, we talk about his big sponsor cha ..read more

Mason Lemery is arguably the hottest “it kid” in snowboarding right now. The latest addition to the BlackStrap team burst onto the scene two years ago via the Bend boys’ Instagram accounts and since, his career has taken the fuck off. Through the channels of Ben Ferguson, Jared Elston and Gabe Ferguson, the world bore witness to a hard partyin’ and ever harder chargin’ kid from Vermont that was ripping around Mt. Bachelor with reckless abandon and backflipping off of downtown buildings in Bend with little regard for his own safety. Since then, though, Mason has proven that he is one of the pre ..read more

T. Bird and Mark Clavin check in with Bend royalty, Jared Elston, as he waits to see if he is going heliboarding in Alaska. Pardon a few of the audio issues, Jared was using his phone for a hot spot and to be honest, it held up pretty great! They cover his trip, Natural Selection, the housing market in Bend, going from Adidas to Arc’teryx, and plenty more! Listen in for another episode of Mark My Bird ..read more

We know a bunch of world records have been broken recently and massive hits have been going down, but Yuto Yamada’s recent upload to Insta might be our favorite so far. Out in Sweden for his team week, Yuto went MASSIVE on a hip that looks to have taken quite a beating by way of the landing. Going that big on a perfect hip (so we have been told) is terrifying enough, but to do it late in the day with a bombed out landing is downright psychotic. With 35k likes and counting and a ton of comments from fellow pro riders, this clip will definitely stick in our brains for much longer than the averag ..read more

Damn, Monster just dropped a dope edit from trip a few years ago with Euro heavyweights Ståle Sandbech, Torgeir Bergrem, and Rene Rinnekangas. The boards date the edit which are obviously from a few seasons ago (rumor is the trip was in 2020) but to our knowledge, the clips and photos have not been seen until now. The trip was in Norway, the home country of Stale and Torgeir, with Rene joining up out of Finland. Pretty rare for something to go unseen for that long in the current social media landscape, but we have to say it was well worth it to see the full package as it was intended. Maybe it ..read more
