We’ve done this because all of Yoga Journal’s supporters — yoga studios, retreats and teacher training facilities — have ceased to offer their services as mandated by the Federal government. Furthermore, many newsagents have reduced trading hours or shut altogether. This removes two cornerstones of our business and makes the magazine’s production impracticable. Rest assured, we plan to return to production when some level of nor ..read more

As yoga practitioners, it’s time we embody this philosophy. Our oceans are dying and the biggest issue they are facing, aside from climate change, is plastic pollution. We are living in a time w ..read more
