Okay, okay I’m back. Although full disclosure, at this point I am 100% convinced that I am the problem. During the first period of last night’s convincing win over the Buffalo Sabres, I was nowhere near a television. It doesn’t happen often but in this case, I didn’t even know what the score was. The Claude Giroux slapshot on a breakaway is my favourite thing. Or one of them anyway. And it ain’t close. Hypothetically, if you were the pro-tank type, this woulda been one of those games that would have been good to lose in regulation.
