The resident did not know when the camera was placed, no property crimes have been reported in that area, and other communities have had similar incidents. On Saturday, May 4, 2024, at approximately 2:15 p.m., suspects approached a victim at the 1600 block of W. 1st. St. and told her they wanted to include her in claiming a winning lottery ticket prize.
