Hanging out with bartenders. Until now, I feel I have been painting portraits of bartender’s life’s work. In spending so much time with them, I’ve developed a true admiration and respect for the countless, often thankless, hours that go into learning the craft. I’ve learned that the really good bartenders are those who have somehow become obsessed with a well balanced, delicious and creative cocktail.
