Florida’s Ag Commissioner issued a Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza Emergency Rule to protect Florida cattle and other livestock. Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) has been detected in domestic livestock in eight states, according to a Southeast AgNet article.
