Hi there. Avid AZ camper here. Been to Apache lake Burnt Corral 3 times and love camping there but have never gone when it’s non reservable. This time doing a holiday weekend and bringing the boat. Memorial Day. I plan on going in Thursday afternoon to get a lakeside campsite for the weekend. Anyone try this? Is it early enough? As far as a landlord is concerned and their responsibility to uphold their end of the lease agreement, can anyone tell me if that reaches the upkeep, cleanliness and safety of the common areas? Such as the private restrooms for tenants when they are utilizing outdoor amenities? As well as the said amenities themselves of course.
