I have 15 engineers on my team and we are typically working on 20-30 epics per quarter. Right now it's a bit of a freeforall with who works on what and it's difficult to see if we are on track for any particular epic. I would like to try aligning engineers with 3-5 epics that they will be focusing on so that I can see if any particular epic is staffed appropriately and who is getting spread to thin. Any suggestions how to approach this in Jira? Good afternoon all. I am trying to create automation where if a ticket is created on a company-managed board it will create a clone of the ticket onto a team-managed board. Slight issue i cannot find the parent link from the company-managed board. I have got epic name from the team-managed. I have managed to create a basic format of: When ticket is created -> project equals = company-managed board -> epic name = the epic name im after (this doesnt exist on team-managed boards!) -> clone issue onto team-managed board -> add comment stating it is a clone. I have a project (build) / ongoing programme (operate) which has 8 workstreams each with between 1-5 sub-workstreams mapped to a compliance framework. I'm creating a JSM project for HR. We have over a thousand various job titles and I really don't want to have to manage those manually in a select list. We can't create this as a text field for data integrity reasons. Right now they've given me a spreadsheet with all the options to review, which came out of Workday.
