Jay Warren returns to the Hoosier Theater on Saturday, October 17th to lend his musical talents to the iconic German film “Metropolis”. This is your chance to see this Fritz Lang masterpiece in its most complete form. Misunderstood and heavily edited to suit the demands of various markets, a large part of the original was considered lost until a nearly complete copy was unearthed in Buenos Aries in 2008. That’s right, we’re back! Three wonderful Wednesdays in May, we’ll be at the Pickwick Theater in Park Ridge showing the best physical comedians of the silent era. May 12th will feature the iconic “Safety Last!” starring Harold Lloyd, May 19th brings us the stoic Buster Keaton in “The Navigator” and finally on May 26th, the tramp himself Charlie Chaplin in “Shoulder Arms”.
