For context, I’ve been successful at being self-employed, making a consistent income as a brand designer & copywriter. As an attempt to level up, I’m currently setting up a branding & video agency with another 2 partners (collectively we’re 1 branding expert & 2 video animators). My end goal is to be a business owner - not an employee. Here’s the plan on how to achieve that… Phase 1: Creating our offers We’ve created 3 offers; - Brand intensive: branding completed in 5 days - Brand implementation: monthly subscription - Explainer video: 60 sec animated video Phase 2: Setting up ou ..read more

Good day everyone, I'm an intermediate digital marketer looking to expand my skillset and get more case studies (and possibly a part-time gig if I'm a good fit). To achieve this, I want to provide my work free of charge to agencies. I know this might be a bit random, but I have some time to kill for the next 3-weeks and I want to tackle this by giving value instead of bumming for positions. I'm willing to take on different types of tasks, it doesn't have to be strictly digital marketing. The more I learn the better. Send me a message and I'll see what I can do! submitted by /u/HumanLearning0 ..read more

We're experimenting with different hosts after having issues with uptime. The two things I've been focusing on are performance and support when looking at potential hosts and since migrating sites between hosts is so time consuming, we want our next move to be for the long term. I'm not looking for specific host recommendations (please don't dm me), but aside from uptime / support, what are some potential future pain points I want to be cognizant of that you have experienced? Most hosts seem to have staging, WAF / security and all the basics, but am afraid I'm missing something. What are pain ..read more

This platform/service is mainly for agencies and freelancers looking to resell content that is generated by ai and refined by humans. Our proprietary prompts and processes creates AGENCY level content for ~80% the costs. I know it’s agency level because an agency has been incubating it for months. Expected basic monthly plan ($300/m): 4 Blogs 16 Social Posts 1 Newsletter 1 7-step Email Drip Campaign Regular agency pricing - $2,500 Expected standard monthly plan ($800/m): SEO Opti ..read more

Hey everyone, I wanted to reach out to see what custom internal software tools your agency would benefit from most? This is really just to gather feedback as I am panning my studios offering and positioning. Some things I have built in the past include internal knowledge bases for the agencies clients and employees, custom AI onboarding processes, client management software etc. What else comes to mind as an agency owner that would be very helpful to have to increase efficiency? I appreciate any feedback, thanks in advance! submitted by /u/Tephra9977 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

What is your preferred tool for annotation / feedback? Currently we're using Markup which is priced pretty high at 30/month. for sites that aren't live and in design phase, we use Figjam/Figma but once the site is live then we have to switch tools to Markup for ongoing changes etc. Any alternatives? I see Punchlist but thats priced even higher. submitted by /u/Bearded_web_designer [visit reddit] [comments ..read more
