The Tennessee Titans enter the 2024 campaign in somewhat of an in-between situation when it comes to expectations.
On one hand, the Titans are beginning a new era for the franchise and are looking to build toward sustained success. On the other hand, the Titans have added a ton of talent on both sides of the ball, something that could lead to a quick turnaround and a better-than-expected season.
That is especially true on offense, where the Titans have done their best to surround quarterback Will Levis with more talent along the offensive line and at wide receiver.
But, as we see it, how good ..read more

After eight years with Derrick Henry, including a five-year run that saw him become one of the league’s elite, the Tennessee Titans are going to have a new duo at the running back position in 2024.
One part of that duo is running back Tyjae Spears, who flashed a ton of potential during his rookie campaign, despite a poor offensive line in front of him.
Joining him is running back Tony Pollard, who is fresh off two straight campaigns with 1,000-plus rushing yards and 300-plus receiving yards.

After suffering three serious injuries on one play during the 2023 season that ended his campaign early, Tennessee Titans punter Ryan Stonehouse remains up in the air in terms of availability for Week 1.
However, he recently shared some good news during an appearance on SiriusXM NFL Radio with Alex Marvaez and Zig Fracassi.
“Titans P Ryan Stonehouse told Alex marvaez and me and SiriusXM NFL (Radio) he’s doing really well from last year’s left knee injury suffered in December (and) that he recently got some very good news in relation to his recovery,” Fracassi tweeted on Sunday. “When asked if ..read more

The Tennessee Titans had a mess at the cornerback position in 2023, with the exception of Roger McCreary, who was a big plus in his first season in the slot.
McCreary did surrender a completion rate of 71.9 percent, but gave up a passer rating of just 87.3 when targeted, according to PFF. He finished with an overall grade of 71.3 and a coverage grade of 72.2, both impressive marks.
In a recent article naming the most underappreciated player on every team, Gennaro Filice of NFL.com chose McCreary for the Titans.

The Tennessee Titans are beginning a new era at the running back position in 2024 after parting ways with Derrick Henry earlier this offseason following an eight-year tenure that saw Henry ascend to elite status and build a foundation for a Hall of Fame bid.
2023 third-round pick Tyjae Spears is returning for his second season after a promising rookie campaign, and he’ll be joined by veteran and free-agent addition, Tony Pollard.
The thing that stands out the most about this duo is the fact that the two backs are similar. That will make it much tougher for defenses to predict what the Titans w ..read more

The Tennessee Titans are now through two weeks of Phase Three of the offseason program, which began on May 20 with the first session of organized team activities.
However, things are about to pick up this week, as the Titans will begin their three-day mandatory minicamp on Tuesday, June 4, before finally closing out OTAs.
Up until this point, we haven’t seen full participation from everyone on the team, whether it be because of injury or players simply deciding to do their own thing instead of taking part in the voluntary on-field work.
But that will change on Tuesday, with the exception of p ..read more

After recently taking a look at the concern level the Tennessee Titans have at each position group on offense ahead of the 2024 season, we’re now moving on to the defense.
The Titans have made a few big additions to the unit this offseason, along with some smaller ones. However, Tennessee also lost two key starters in defensive end Denico Autry and linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair, neither of whom have been adequately replaced.
But linebacker and defensive line aren’t the only concerns Tennessee has on the defensive side of the ball ahead of this coming season.
Without further ado, the concern leve ..read more

The Tennessee Titans are entering what is a crucial season for the franchise, as the team is going to see if 2023 second-round pick and quarterback Will Levis is “the guy” moving forward.
Levis no doubt had some rocky moments during his rookie campaign, but it was a positive season overall and definitely left no shortage of hope that he can be the long-term solution in Tennessee.
The Titans have done a fantastic job surrounding him with more talent, especially along the offensive line and at wide receiver, two position groups that were terrible last season.
We’re taking a look at the position ..read more

Despite making massive improvements on both sides of the ball this offseason, the overwhelming national sentiment is that the Tennessee Titans won’t do much in 2024.
And you can count ESPN’s Football Power Index in that group. After simulating the season 10,000 times, FPI projects the Titans to come away with the No. 4 overall pick in the 2025 NFL draft.
Here’s more on how ESPN’s FPI comes up with that:
The FPI projects the draft order by simulating the season 10,000 times. Game probabilities are based largely on the model’s ratings for individual teams in addition to game locations. The orde ..read more
