A man has been charged for the 19th time after allegedly traveling the wrong way on an interstate highway in a neighboring state. The Wisconsin man has been charged many times before with drunk driving, both in his home state and elsewhere, and it appears his license has now been canceled. A Milwaukee man is under arrest here in Wisconsin after two hit-and-run crashes were attributed to him, according to local sources.
