Every summer we look forward for the arrival of mangoes which bring along loads of memories. We make a lot of delicious dishes with unripe or ripened mangoes. Aam panna is one of them. I have a huge Mango tree in our garden and got bountiful crop this year.
So decided to make Aam Panna. Aam Panna is a summer cooler with unripe mango pulp as the main ingredients mixed with some spices and herbs. It is good for digestion and also has heat resistant properties. So do try it and let me know.

Rosemary is a fragrant, evergreen, dense herb from the mint family. Rosemary is Latin for “Dew of the Sea”.
It has needle like leaves similar to pine needles. It can grow up to the height of 2 meters and it’s the the green leaves which emit the fragrance. The upper surface of leaf is dark green, and lower side is white in colour. The leaves are resinous.
It can be grown indoors or as a field crop. The plant flowers in spring and summer in temperate climate.
