Please see the following statement from the Edmonton Elks regarding the Club’s ongoing ownership review. On Wednesday of this week, Edmonton Football Club Board Chair Tom Richards along with President and CEO Rick LeLacheur provided an update to the Canadian Football League’s Board of Governors regarding the Club’s ownership review. EDMONTON – The Edmonton Elks have signed American defensive lineman Jeremiah Jackson-Trotter, the team announced Wednesday. Jackson-Trotter played the 2023 season at Davenport University, where he racked up 37 total tackles, nine tackles-for-loss, three sacks and three pass deflections in 10 games with the Panthers. EDMONTON, AB – Nyles Morgan has quickly become a cornerstone of the Edmonton Elks defence. The 27-year-old joined the Green and Gold after being a highly-recruited linebacker when entering the college ranks.
