I just got this from landlady's kid and nothing I'm looking up about these "new" renter laws are showing up and all I can find is articles of Landlords just trying to avoid any responsibility for what may happen to our property if any incidents occur (like this one). Hey all, simple question in the title. I've lived in Middlesex county pretty much all my life and it's not the greatest place to drive, let alone ride a motorcycle. I wanted to look into areas to move to up north, where hopefully the traffic isn't too crazy for a 125cc motorcycle so that I can ride into Harriman State Park regularly, especially on the weekends. Summary: My spouse lost her job, and her insurance (which included my son) last Fall 2023. She applies for NJ Marketplace Insurance, along with my 13 y/o son, on the GetCovered NJ site. We get the results like an hour later. --She gets Marketplace Plan approval right away. My son doesn't get Marketplace Plan approval, but it says he might qualify for NJ FamilyCare. So, my wife picks out her Marketplace insurance plans and is all set within 1 week of the application. Easy Peasy.
