I have multiple users frustrated with adobe. Some of them are using reader, others using pro, all same company. Adobe will open a pdf from outlook/file explorer but the second or third time it will either open, not open, crash adobe, or freeze and close adobe. I have tried to run a repair, uninstall/install adobe, made changes to add ins in adobe and outlook, changed some regkeys, running the updates manually from the site. And adobe still won’t work. I just started with the Creative Cloud subscription for €19, for which I now have a 14-day trial, but afterwards I have to pay €19 every month for a year. Hi, I was cleaning my mac to free up some space and figured there were 2 files named 'CoreSync' in my system. The 1st one is only approximately 200Mb and is located in 'Apps>Utilities>Adobe Sync'. The 2nd one is 18Gb (!!) and located in 'Users>Library>Application Support>Adobe'. Hello everyone, The American hotline and the German hotline have absolutely no way of resetting the activation for me so that I can use the “unlimited license”. What can I do now? A reference to the community forum by the hotline sounds rather counterproductive when I look at the other entries here, but it's worth a try. Is there anyone who can help?
