Like the title says I want to play some backwards compatible games on my series S but whenever I try to download my profile it gives me this error. I'm at my wits end and am hoping someone out there has had this issue and has a fix.

My xbox one is trying to update and it gets to the end of the update and when it goes to restart the console it sits at a black screen for a while then turns off and when i turn it on it has me restart the entire update again

(sorry if this has already been answered) I just bought an Xbox One S and wanted to move my game save data from my 360 for a few games that are cross compatible. Unfortunately I cant get my 360 to connect to the internet at all (wireless or ethernet) so i cant upload them to the cloud. Anyone know if theres another way to do it? I also dont have a Microsoft PC, which is the only other way Ive read online to move the data
