The founders of Oever Gallery located in Oostende, Belgium, gave 5AM design studio carte blanche for the spatial design. The strong link with graffiti, street, and urban art formed the basis for the interior concept. The Origami House features a new rear extension to a family home in the Buchlyvie Conservation Area of Stirlingshire located in Scotland, United Kingdom. The ground floor plan of the existing cottage was composed of small, dark rooms which closed the house off from the expansive rear garden. Tucked down a long driveway lined with established trees that opens out onto Wairarapa Stream in Christchurch, NZ lies River House. The owners had inhabited the original house on the property for generations, and after earthquake damage decided to build a new home that took advantage of the unique riverside environment.
