The story: The owners took on quite the challenge with this project. The 1930s detached house had been neglected for several decades prior to their purchase but they were keen for their new space to be in keeping with the existing house.

Well… March had a very busy and productive start, with a visit to the KBB Birmingham 2024 exhibition, which of course, was full of contemporary designs, exciting innovations and interesting ideas for kitchen, bathroom and bedroom designers.

Woven, by Giles Miller Studio, sits 100m from the cliff tops of Broadstairs on the Kent coast and features an almost fully glazed ground floor. The stunning kitchen is the central core of the ground floor, with views all around. We thought we needed to look at some fresh, clean colours to bring in a new sense of style for 2024. From pale pastel blues to mid-blues and shades of aqua, these spring shades can give real boost to colour schemes.
