“Dear PoPville,
I was feeling a little under the weather yesterday when I went to the post office at Kansas and Chillum. While at the counter things took a sudden turn for the worse, I became flush and disoriented. The gentleman behind me recognized something was wrong and asked if I was ok. I remember trying to answer, and the next thing I know

I wanted to reach out to share an experience for the dc women. Monday morning a man on the red line
flashed his erect penis at me. He had a hood on and was holding 1 piece of newspaper to hide and then show himself, which makes me think it was premeditated and he will do it again.
