Hi All, Does anyone have experience with their landlord doing significant maintenance on their unit and what your rights as a tenant are? We have upcoming maintenance that will require entry in and out of the unit; there will be times when they do work on the one stairwell that will 100% prevent me from accessing my unit; there will be times when they work on the balcony and (I assume) place all my balcony furniture in my apartment.
