I can’t access Facebook so I’m posting here, please share!! ‼️‼️FOUND‼️‼️ Found on 49th/Chester Ave in West Philly around 8 PM on Wednesday 04/24/24. Male dog, not neutered, small (about 10-15 lbs), white, long hair, curly tail, brown tear stains, some light brown markings on ears.
