Today I was headed toward the airport off of highway 5 there was this guy that randomly jumped out of his car, turned on emergency- looking lights and some badge decal on the side of his car. It was a black impala, the guy was wearing a white button down shirt, a black belt and glasses. After he stopped my lane, he pointed at a random Kia soul and tried catching up to them extremely fast.
