Are there woods that you’ve found that work better, I’m in a colder climate in the northeast if that helps? Hey all, I’m very interested in falconry and have the available time, finances, background, etc. to help able to pursue this further. I was exposed to it from a young age, with a neighbor of mine who let me watch him fly his red tailed hawks, and feed when he was away. I am moving states in approximately 4 months, so would that make any time spent with a sponsor in my current state be null and void? So I'm in the back yard working on building a chicken coop, and I hear a red shoulder raising hell, they're everywhere and like to scream at me so I didn't pay it much mind at first. After a little I decided to take a break and check out what it was going on about, watched it stoop into the woods a few times, after a little a redtail came out of the woods and started soaring.
