So even after I removed the firebrick, the burners kept getting red hot. After some investigation I found the the openings the burners sit in had been gathering scale this whole time and by now had almost turned to dust in places. Im in search of a hand crank forge blower, Ive found one thats 2 hours away from me, might be a buffalo forge blower for around $125. On the other hand Ive seen the zomax forge blower for around 125-140 and the simond one that seems verrrrrry similar for around 100. Do you guys have any input on these blowers? Any advice is appreciated.
