Long story short, I have been having this pain at my lower back for quite a while and L5 seems to the be cause.
I was told exercising helps. Does anyone have any good advice/ recommendations?

I have rounded shoulders and tech neck. On the other hand, I have an OK lower core (visible abs, can do handstands etc). I need to learn to carry a heavy backpack for doing a couple bucket list tours (think kilimanjaro). How do I specifically train my back to do that and not super tense up?

So, when I lay on the ground and bring my knees to my chest, my left knee is definitely (almost 1 inch i would say...) higher than the right. What can it be?
P.S. Other things that I noticed (if it helps) is that:
when I do the knees to chest position mentioned above, I feel the left side of my lower back touching to foor (I don't the right side, at least with the same intensity).
when I do a deep squat, my hips tend to go slightly to the right.

Hi everyone! I’ve been hitting the gym for a few months now and recently I noticed that some area of my spine is kinda “popped out”. Is it okay or do you have any tips to fix it?

I have forward head posture and round my lower back whenever I’m sitting and focusing. This resulted in a herniated disc in my lower back and neck.
I do a lot of core and posture strengthening exercises but still notice it only helps me maintain my posture while I’m thinking about it. As soon as I stop thinking about it I find myself hunched over again.
Are there any videos/methods for training your nervous system or muscles to maintain your posture subconsciously?

I’ve become stuck in an anterior pelvic tilt/hyperxtension throughout my back from years of trying to fix my posture and sit up straight/stand with shoulders back, and now I can’t seem to bend at the lower back. I have extremely tight back extensors running all the way from my neck to my low back, and when I stand I have a curved lower back, rib flare, and rounded shoulders and tension all throughout my body. My back almost looks flat because of all the compression back there, which causes my belly to pooch and ribs and head to thrust forward.
I’ve been trying to work on my APT and rib flare ..read more

I've been trying to do head, back, and arm stretches to help, but it still hurts a lot. Any advice?
