Two stamps and a gradient using a gel mat. I have a habit of going to bed and forgetting the kitchen light specifically and decided to turn it into art, haha. submitted by /u/hemehime [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Does anyone have experience with Speed ball fabric block printing ink? If so have you found that it washes out?? Also how long does it take to dry? It says 24 hours to dry to touch and 7 days to cure. Is this true? submitted by /u/audiOinterference [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

I seem to be struggling with tetrapak printing. I don’t get a solid ink transfer. I’ve used different inks, different paper sets. Results don’t vary. I may just give up.? I’ve watched several YouTube videos but no improvement. Any suggestions? submitted by /u/inkymess527 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Speedball Screenprinting vs. Block printing inks?
Reddit | Print Making

Hello everyone! I'm a big fan of block printing on clothing and textiles, I happen to have a ton of screenprinting ink leftover from previous projects so I just use that and it works well enough, but I know Speedball makes block printing specific fabric ink. Is there any benefit to using that instead of the screenprinting ink? It's slightly more expensive so I'd rather not switch unless I really need to. Thoughts? Is it more opaque? submitted by /u/Daisy3Chainz [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Ruined hard rubber brayer

I've got a 10cm hard rubber brayer which I forgot to clean after using it on my gel plate. Left it overnight before realising. It had acrylic paint and medium. Now, it is sticky and it pulls paint off the plate instead of spreading it. I've tried to use water and hand gel but no luck. Any advice? submitted by /u/FancyJalapeno [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Design feedback?

I like to draw these abstract designs and just fiddled with it in photoshop. Which is leading me to think about making multiple/layered linoleum blocks to make prints. Any thoughts or opinions on it would be appreciated! submitted by /u/mooncalf_rising [visit reddit] [comments ..read more
