Here are my custom 1/12 scale Holiday Special/Droids R2-D2 and C3PO. C3PO’s head was digitally sculpted by me and then 3D printed. His body is a Bandai Model Kit that I dremeled some of the detail off of to give him a more clean simple look. R2-D2 is totally sculpted by me in 3D and is essentially the Kenner Droid’s figure with a sculpted body rather than a sticker. My custom Deadpool action figure based on the art of Rafael Grampa!  This is a figure I had been planning on doing for years as a companion figure to my Rafael Grampa Wolverine I did a few years back. These two characters appear in the “Dear Logan” short story from Strange Tales 2 and have always been one of my favourites takes on both characters. My repaint of the Marvel Legends Kingpin build a figure! When I first saw the figure, I knew I wanted to repaint him to be closer to his first appearance orange vest purple pants look. I did a few custom modifications to the figure including a new cravat with a little Swarovski diamond pin and a little cigarette accessory! I think most people would agree that Hasbro hit it out of the park with the recent Marvel Legends Sauron build a figure release. Initially, I had no plans to do anything with Sauron other than enjoying it but once I had it in my hand and saw all the detail, I knew I had to do a repaint. Like a lot of people, I love the Sauron build a figure. In my opinion, it’s one of the best BAF’s Hasbro has ever made and the sculpt work is just fantastic. I can still remember the first time I saw Magneto on the cover of Jim Lee’s X-Men and just being mesmerized by it. That series of comics was my first introduction to the X-Men and my absolute favourite X-Men villain Magneto!
