The Beautiful Island of Key Largo! A Good Holiday Season in “lucky” Key Largo! 2017 is over.  Whew! And while my father wisely told me when I was younger, “never wish your life away”, I have to admit that, like many people down here in the Florida Keys, I cannot say I’m sorry to see 2017 over with.  It was a tough year for many people in the Florida Keys, as well as many islands in the Caribbean.  After 10 – 12 years of relative quiet, multiple Hurricanes ravaged different parts of the Caribbean.  Irma, Harvey, Maria… and many people lost many things dear to them.
