Dear Yoga, Creative Dance & Creative Kids Yoga Friends,  This past Saturday, I spent the morning watching John McCain’s Memorial at the Washington Cathedral in DC. Dear Friends,  As the fall chill becomes more penetrating, and daylight seems to flee before we are ready to say, “Good Night”, I realize that I have choices. I can complain about Mother Nature’s activity, the world’s chaos that seem to envelope us daily, or the fact that statistics show that we are less happy as a human race than we ever have been.
