Circle of Friends–Some of my first yoga students in 2009
Yoga to Grow began as a passion and intention to bring yoga tools to children. I never dreamed that fifteen years later, I would reflect on an amazing journey of community and connection. And, of course, I never imagined a pandemic that would interrupt and shape the future of our sweet yoga family.

Susan is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance (E-RYT 500), a Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher (RCYT and a Professional Level Kripalu Yoga Teacher. She completed her Kripalu Yoga Teacher Training in February 2010 and graduated in January 2014 with 500-Hour Kripalu Teacher Certification. Take A Peek Inside Our New Space We’ve moved this summer! We’re settling into our new space at 1112 E. Broadway, inside First Baptist Church. We love the sunny windows, cushy floors, and all the built-in storage for our toys and art supplies.
