NO ONE IS WISER THAN YOU

I will never understand hate messages that scold me or anyone for not being qualified to have a voice regarding both health freedom and the current health crisis. (And for those unaware, I and many like me have been subject to censure for almost a year.) First, health freedom is a basic right that everyone owns. Second, no matter the topic, I’ll always support those being gaslighted or abused, and right now this pertains to billions of people. Third, I’ve spent at least half my day every day for the past year poring over viral theory, terrain theory, the lack of scientific evidence for contagi ..read more

I Mourn

I wake up most mornings, make my celery juice, and sit down and write whatever comes to me. Over the past nine months, as those of you who follow me on social media know, I’ve provided a perspective on the current “crisis.” This morning, frankly, nothing comes. I’m just shot. Yesterday, I an old teammate rallied up action against me, a member of my family created a fake Twitter account through which to condemn me, and a former colleague sent out an email entitled “Garret must have taken one too many hits to the head.” But most of all, this morning, I mourn. I mourn for all those who have needl ..read more

Seeking Fixes

Problems? Do you suffer from them? Seek fixes for them? The world sure is right now. And a billion-dollar industry—self-help, motivation, coaching, and counseling—even stands primed to help us deal. The scientific community these days too. It claims to know what’s right. But how are we doing? With the evolution of these fields and their experts, are we more at peace? More loving? Less discriminatory? Is the environment cleaner? Are we more productive? Any less stressed? You know the answer. Generation after generation, we’re consumed by the exact same problems. We’ve tried millions of methods ..read more

Community

Now more than ever, community is essential. The current focus on fixing fear at the expense of freedom of expression can be overwhelming. The mischaracterization of why members of a family or workplace would exhibit symptoms of the same illness (it has all do to with the resonance of our shared Being and nothing to do with a contagion) can be frustrating. The fact that mainstream scientists are overlooking the truth that, since an object cannot exist separate from the knower of that object, it’s impossible to rid ourselves of anything (including viruses) can be alarming. Again, now more than e ..read more

A World of Fear

Imagine a world in which no one sought cures for or tried to fix the sensation of fear. Give yourself a minute . . . Do you see a world at war? Or . . . A world at peace? Do you see a world of disease? Or . . . A world of health? You’ve been taught that fear must be managed or willed away. Every expert under the sun claims to have the method that leads to bravado, positivity, to a tranquil mind. But let’s turn to experience. Have methods proved effective? Or do you employ them, find momentary relief, fear once again, then repeat this vicious cycle? Why, then, do we keep seeking that which will ..read more

To Our Young

I’ll never write on a matter more important than this. To those who are young, from the bottom of my heart, here goes: Keep speaking up. Keep expressing yourselves. Keep being you—only you. Now, right off, I'm not talking about resistance. While that’s often suggested these days, trying to resist or push back is never in your best interest. I’m simply talking about not following people and their causes. I’m talking about not believing anything you see, hear, or read. I’m talking about not blindly trusting what experts say. I’m talking about remaining critically curious. This is not because peo ..read more

Belief, Theory, Conjecture . . . or Truth?
Garret Kramer | Sports Psychology and Performance Coaching

For centuries, we’ve lived lives from a foundation of belief, theory, and conjecture. As an example, the belief that insecurity is bad and confidence is good. As another, the belief that the boundaries on a map exist in the territory. As another, the belief that the appearance of diversity actually means that people are diverse. As another, the belief that germs cause disease. How’s this unstable foundation worked out so far? Rather, how about a foundation of Truth? What’s true? I encourage you to explore for yourself, but here’s what I’d say: No object has ever appeared outside of the whole ..read more

At a Crossroad

We’re either designed to harm one another or we’re not. Sure, we can be taught to harm one another. But is nature, at its core, a self-destructive system? Are the contents of the whole naturally in competition, opposition, or conflict? Now if you believe that nature is composed of billions of autonomous and isolated objects, then your answer to these questions will be yes. Because what is separate, by definition, cannot know unity. Based on this belief, it will then be perfectly logical for you to also believe that I can pass a sickness or disease on to you. So if you think that I may be sick ..read more

The Ultimate Conspiracy Theory

Is it possible that our confusion, our acrimony, our all-over-the-place-ness on virtually all issues today springs not from what is happening right now? Might its foundation be that we believe ourselves to be human beings seeing from the perspective of human beings and we have no evidence of this whatsoever? I’d say yes. In other words, I’d say that we are not human beings. We are Being itself. I mean, how could we be separate human beings? Has an object ever been located separate from or outside of the whole? So if no object can be found outside of the whole, then all objects that appear with ..read more

The Whole is Whole

Here’s a time-sensitive excerpt from my upcoming book, True Self. We need a shift people. Nothing else will work . . . - At this juncture of this book, you’d probably agree that prejudice, discrimination, and inequality all derive from believing that the separation appearing within the whole is real. As you’ve gathered: The whole is whole. All apparent things are one with the whole. The essence of all that appears within the whole is exactly the same. With this in mind, my sincere hope (as expressed through True Self) is that we’ll finally stop promoting separation—or duality, or diver ..read more
