How Were You Introduced to Yoga  and FlowLIFT I was introduced to yoga while studying in Mexico.  The only studio near me was a hot yoga studio, which I tried for a while, but eventually just started doing yoga videos in my apartment.  I can’t handle all that heat! Our 200 hour San Diego Teacher Training is a posture-based training in the vinyasa style.  Yoga is a vast landscape with a rich history and philosophy.  However modern day yoga is more focused on the physical aspect of the practice.  It is through movement that we begin to experience the breath.  From here our curiosity grows and taking a teacher training is a great way to learn more about the other aspects of yoga.  Our program begins with an introduction to the importance and power of the breath.  After this foundation is established, we move on to breaking down ..read more

San Diego Yoga Class with Pranayama and Meditation Here in La Jolla we’re lucky to have so many San Diego yoga studios to stretch and sweat.
