Condominium directors hold important positions with many responsibilities, and so it is crucial that they receive training to assist them in governing the condominium and carrying out their responsibilities. We previously blogged about Bill 91 and its impact on condominium corporations as of October 1, 2023. We have been getting a lot of questions from condo directors seeking clarification as to what is required prior to October 1 to prepare for the change.
