So I made a ton of money on my last home.. This home I have been fixing it up which has been a lot of fun. People say for house flipping you need to know people to get the work done dirt cheap to make money. Is this true? Can I just keep my eyes out for a cheap home in need of fixing like foreclosures, get the cheapest work i can get done on it by getting 3 quotes per job, and then sell it for as high as I can? I am a dual citizen (U.S and German citizen) and live in Germany. I’ve always been interested in house flipping, however I don’t know how much sense it makes with the taxation laws, because of the fact that I live in Germany. Bought a house and had someone redo the bathroom (for very cheap)… but this was how he did the trim next to the vanity. What can I do to fix it/make it look better? Any suggestions to cover the large crack/ make it look better? The one wall with the window is covered in stucco(?), and it refuses to come off the wall, so working to try to make it look better.
